Terms and Conditions

1. Object of the Contract

The following terms and conditions apply to the ordering and dispatch of products from ZAK-marine.com™, which the customer has ordered through online shopping on the Internet via "zak-marine.com."

2. Exclusive Applicability of the Terms and Conditions
Within the scope of these services, only the following terms and conditions apply.

3. Formation of the Contract
All offers from ZAK-marine.com™ are non-binding. The order is placed online by filling out the order form provided by ZAK-marine.com™ on the Internet. The order is accepted when ZAK-marine.com™ issues an order confirmation. This order confirmation is sent exclusively via email to the customer.

4. Payment
Payment is made exclusively through PayPal (VISA or Mastercard, etc.). The debit of the purchase price (TOTAL) occurs before sending the order confirmation. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price (TOTAL). If the creditworthiness of the cards does not meet the requirements, the order will not be accepted. The rejection of the order is communicated to the customer via email.

5. Delivery
Delivery for standard products is from stock. Deadlines or dates mentioned by ZAK-marine.com™ are non-binding.

6. Retention of Title
ZAK-marine.com™ reserves ownership of the ordered products until the customer has fully settled the purchase price.

7. Right of Return

ZAK-marine.com™ grants the customer the right to return the ordered goods within 30 days of receipt if not satisfied. Used, unpackaged, or damaged goods removed from the original packaging are excluded from the right of return. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Special provision: The consumer can withdraw from a distance contract within 30 working days. Saturdays are not considered working days. The withdrawal period starts upon receipt of the goods by the consumer. It is sufficient if the withdrawal statement is sent within the deadline.


8. Warranty

ZAK-marine.com™ provides a lifetime warranty on all FlexProtector, PremiumProtector, and SeaPo products. This warranty includes color and UV resistance. In case of suspicion of a warranty claim, the products must be returned. The warranty is granted only when an assessment by ZAK-marine.com™ confirms a warranty case.
If a warranty case occurs, the products will be replaced with new ones free of charge. ZAK-marine.com™ covers the shipping costs.
If no warranty case occurs, the products will be returned. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.


9. Data Protection
Personal data of the customer is collected only within the legal provisions. The customer agrees that the post office will disclose the correct address if a postal delivery could not be made to the specified address.

10. Final Provisions

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the entire contract. The ineffective provision is replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
This contract is exclusively governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction and performance is A-6911 Lochau.
